Kalinga Vihar Community Welfare Association (KVCWA) was formed with the sole aim of looking at the welfare of the members owning houses in the Kalinga Vihar K5 colony. The association is approved by the Society Registration Act with Registration No. 15/98-99. Currently there are over 350 members. It has an elected body of office bearers, elected from among the members, looking at various issues of the community. It basically forms an interface between the residents and the facility providers such as  BDA, BMC, and the Government of Odisha.  It also provides the residents some recreational outlets often also organizing health camps by our resident doctors.
